“The staff are always friendly, even when it is busy and under staffed. Dr. Laroux explains things well and is knowledgeable. She does what she can to ensure the animal is at ease during their visit.”
“We came to this vet after having not great experiences at a vet closer to us. The VCA was recommended by a friend so I decided to try it out even though it's a little far for us. We drive 30 minutes each way to come here because they are that good! They are extremely communicative, which was the issue we had at our former vet. They provide updates regularly by text and/or call, and they go above and beyond to do check ins after appointments as well to follow up on care. It can be a little pricey, but what isn't these days, and I find the service worth the cost. I'm grateful to have such an awesome team of people taking care of my cat.”
