“Stopped in while driving in New Hampshire. The Outlets were hosting a crafts open air market so we decided to stop in. Lots of local crafts-really nice stuff. We also stopped in on several of the Outlet stores. They had most of the stores you are accustomed to seeing in these type of places. The parking area was plenty big and you can always find a deal at any of these stores.”
“They have the best clearance! I got many pairs of jeans for 9 dollars. First time I've been to a levi store and not disappointed at all. Other discounts/sales apply to clearance!”
“The store was clean, and there was plenty of room to navigate my daughter's wheelchair around to see all she wanted to see. The clerks were friendly, and the girls at the register were very helpful & nice to chat with.Some of the clothes seemed well made, from quality fabric, but many of the blouses looked like they would fall apart after a single wash. This of course is not a reflection on this particular store, or the clerks. It's just an observation of corporate purchasing, and their effort to charge more money for flimsy goods.”

“Staff are great! I find the only downfall is when they are too persistent on applying for their store credit card. When you say no, they say how much you’re going to save if you get the credit card. Most staff leave it at that. I was in about a year ago and felt harassed by this one woman. She asked me four times and was bothered that I didn’t want to apply for one even after she said how much I would save. She was visibly annoyed with me. I did not visit the store for a while after that incident. I’ve been in since and thankfully have not seen her. I hope I don’t. I just wanted to use my cc to get airfare points. Again Staff are helpful and nice. I do understand that they have to ask about the credit card. Let’s not ask 2-3-4-5 times.”
“Stopped in 3/29/2024 while on an anniversary weekend. The sales person saw us with an armful of potential purchases and offered to get a fitting room set up. We accepted and continued shopping. My wife found several pieces that fit her style and as we headed to the checkout counter, there was our girl again. She provided the right kind of customer service in the perfect amount. When I asked for the manager to hover her an attaGirl, I was not shocked that she was the manager. Anyway, Corporate, hook your manager at the Tanger Outlet in Tilton, NH up with some balloons or a parade or maybe a large lump sum of cash to recognize her outstanding customer service skills.”
