“Super great staff! Recently purchased a saddle, and they were very helpful in answering all my questions before I bought. My horse had a minor injury when it arrived, and they were great at extending the trial period for the saddle to accommodate me. They were very responsive by phone and email. Definitely will use this company again!”

“The fish I got here all survived vs petco. Not only do to better kept fish tanks in their store. But I called for advice (Ben or Dan I cant remember the name entirely sorry) took the time to answer quite a few questions I had. The staff was more knowledgeable in my opinion. The store is better kept.”

“In 3 years going to this location I have never once had a bad experience. Today stood out among those good experiences because I went to other businesses in town after and none of them even came close in customer service. The location was short staffed this afternoon with one person on register and one employee helping everywhere else. But when I walked in the door the cashier turned and acknowledged and welcomed me in. With a line of at least eight people in front of him. We got the tag for the item we wanted, stood in line he rang us up and after only a couple of minutes of waiting the other gentleman came and helped us load our car. If it wasn't for the obvious long line you wouldn't even have known they were short staffed. There was no one acting frantic, no one waiting too long, no one acting exasperated by requests. Your employees just did their job, and they did it well. I absolutely love coming in to this store. Well done. The businesses of Rindge could learn a lot about customer service from this location.”
