Ordered hats and gloves. Opted for real fur. Nothing beats the warmth. Excellent customer service. They were out of a product online and when I contacted them they immediately got in touch and was able to get the materials to make it!!!

The staff was so helpful. The items were so delightful, I bought a beautiful fur scarf just in time for the winter weather blast. Also, there is a fake coonskin cap that I have to go back and get for my grandson. If you want to spend hundreds, you can, but you can also get a wonderful deal. I went into the $10 bin to get my scarf! Also the little animals are terrific....so soft. So, any budget can get something. The shoes were a surprise. They are so comfortable, and I just didn't expect to find SHOES here. Also I noticed Princess Kate was wearing a fur hat recently that looks just like a black fur beret at this store. Though the staff is of course what makes any visit a good one. I didn't spend a LOT, but I love what I got and I will be BACK. That's when you know a store is a good one, you want to return, and also you want to bring family and friends when they come visit. "You won't believe this store!"
