Carol, the owner, and her son, Will, were very warm and friendly, extremely helpful, and informative about the area. Our room was immaculate, well maintained, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. I love this place and would highly recommend it! It was charming and peaceful, and the staff is one of the best!

Family owned for YEARS! Really good, friendly people. Rooms are clean and the location is great for 3 state parks, Mt. Washington and the Kancamagus Highway. Just understand that this is not a big city and good restaurants are not around the corner. We will be back!
