Strangely, I've broken down in my 2019 GMC 2500HD on three separate occasions in the last two yearsThis last occasion occurred in the parking lot of the Ossipee Napa Store.Crowells responded promptly and the truck operator quickly diagnosed the problem as my starter, despite my starter being only 10 months old and still under warranty (Napa starter)They brought my truck to their shop where the starter was changed and I was on my way.Highly recommend

Hyperinflated tow bill of $995 for 3 miles; hyper-inflated storage fees; when asked regarding why so high, he said, "oh the bill just went up." Price gouging.

Had them do an alignment on my truck, and in less than 2 weeks, the front outer edge is worn out like this, which is caused by having the tires miss aligned. Had to get new tires and alignment done by a different place, and they said whoever did this didn't know what they were doing and ruined my tires. Worst experience i ever had with a shop. Never again.

1st time here since moving north. Went for an inspection. Appt was for 3. Truck went in at 2:55 and was out by 3:15. Fastest service I've ever had. Most shops will d*ck the dog for an hour. These guys are prompt . Will be giving them future business.

Crowell's towing was great! I had a you're I needed fixed and they got me right in and had it repaired, mounted and balanced in no time! People in the service area were very nice and told me exactly what was done. Price was very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend them!

Great place ! I used to work there as a mechanic years ago . although I don't do it anymore I trust them the most to do any sort of work on my vehicle and I still come back there. John Debbie Keith and the rest of the family do it and outstanding job

as a business that tows cars and impounds them you need to change your polices and not just let anyone pick up a car... I get it $$$$$$$ this is much more important!!!

5 stars. Called for a lock on during a special night out. Tough vehicle, I understand the situation and the vehicle by design is tough. The tow technician was extremely polite, he came to our table and assured to me that my vehicle was unlocked. He processed my card over the phone. I called Eddie in Lebanon and he referred me, as a resident of Lebanon thank you so much for your excellent service. I will keep you guys on my phone, after all I drive a jeep. Happy Weekend

They said they would arrive in less than an hour. 15-20 minutes later, my car was on the flatbed. Can't beat that.
