Reached out to UScellular Walpole because Im receiving a new phone by mail and had a ton of questions and not much confidence I could do the set up myself. Amanda totally explained everything step by step and made what I thought would be a difficult process into something so simple. Excellent customer support and a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Brianna was absolutely amazing helping me she was kind patient thoughtful and understanding and explained everything so I would understand even if I asked more than once.She was friendly and cheerful I am absolutely so happy that I had her she’s the best!!She definitely is amazing at what she does and works so well with people and if I ever have any other issues I would go to her.Thank you Brianna for all of your help your patience in explaining things to me and for making me feel like a person and not just a customer I truly appreciate you!!

Great customer service, ive delt with a few different stores and by far the one in walpole is the best. Over the years of having service with them they help me out alot, and Bry and Emerson both have great people skills.
