Never has prescriptions ready on time.
Disorganized staff
No sense of urgency for life saving meds needed within a timeline.

The Pharmacy staff in particular, is the top of the line. The Walpole NH store is clean and bright and not crowded with merchandise like many Walgreens. It's loaded with tempting merchandise.

This store does not communicate with customers well at all. They don't tell you when your prescription is ready, or that there is a problem with it, unless you practically beg them. The young man often at the main register is a smug, officious little jerk. All of the people working here are rude, but the pharmacy service is so bad that I would rather drive half an hour to CVS Keene than five minutes to Walgreen's Walpole. No wonder this company is doing poorly, if this is an example of one of the stores. Dreadful service, would give zero stars if possible.

I would not trust this pharmacy with any of your healthcare needs. This is only my third review in 17 years of having this account because I am so disappointed with the service at this Walgreens pharmacy. I had a medication called in on a Wednesday, they did not have it and said they needed to order it. I called every day that week and I got the same message. After a week I tried calling again and I was told it needed a prior authorization, something I had not been notified of. No one called to update me at any point. The hospital was shocked that no one had tried to contact me.
She asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket I said I could not afford it she just said okay and cancelled the order. When I called the hospital I was told about GoodRx and given many avenues to try. It will likely take two weeks from when my script was filled until I can pick it up and I am suffering with symptoms until then. Walgreens probably keeps a skeleton crew and that's not the fault of the pharmacy, but people come to you in need and they are treated like an annoyance. After this script is filled (if it gets filled) I will never be trusting this Walgreens again.

worst pharmacy EVER! Heather is most definitly the rudest of all! I have lived in this area for 4 years and Walgreens, Walpole is closed more than it's open!!!!!!! This business should be closed indefinitely due to the lack of staff and rude employees. A lot of people work in health care myself included, it doesn't give Heather the right to be nasty! PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO THE PUBLIC A FAVOR!!!!!!

Prescription was ready but will someone tell Walgreens to cease and desist from plastic? They've switched from paper to plastic bags and use ridiculously large plastic bottles: 90 tablets in a bottle which could hold four times as many!

Horrible service in the pharmacy. Always closed because someone had an "emergency" they don't happen consistently. Closed with no warning many times over the past few months rude service from the staff.

Their pharmacy is horrible! The phone service is a joke. Mess up prescriptions constantly, haven't had my blood pressure meds. For two days because of this place they said it was on my Dr's. end ( which it wasn't) you wait for 20-25 min. To get through. So Frustrating!!! I'm done with this place.

Mid stride to the Walgreens door, I realize something. I'm going to walk in here for a beverage but I have no clue what I wanted. Due to the short duration of walking I still had no idea what to buy as I entered the store, making my way through to the back. There I am, face to face, dumbfounded, staring through glass. Then the tall young man across from me asks, "Are you looking for something in specific, sir?" I had to shoot my shot. "Do you have a suggestion?""Half and half Arizona"He had spoken. Excellent service. Appreciate you, Wyatt.

When watching the hit comedy "Friends" my eyes cannot help but be drawn to a young Jennifer Aniston, gracefully gliding from frame to frame, unknowingly lighting my fire and bringing desires only read about in fantasy books. This is the same feeling that comes across my body when I walk into the Walgreen's located in Walpole, New Hampshire. One day, I walked into the store looking to buy some personal lubricant for my nightly activities with my lover, I was immediately welcomed into the store by a handsome, splendid, sweetly smelling, flannel wearing, young Casanova named Wyatt. He politely asked what I was looking for, I told him and he immediately showed me to the correct section, and even gave me his personal opinion on the different products and brands. I will forever remember this fateful encounter, and hope to see Wyatt again on my next trip to the paradise known as Walgreen's in Walpole.
