I was attempting to find out what the password was for our internet so I could set up our cell phone. The person I talked to was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She patiently helped me find the password on the modem and then waited to find out if it worked (it id). Thank you for all your help.

I will say, I am pleased with the service. However, a problem that I face is Wifi, as it is slow on many devices. But, at our house, there is like 20 devices anyway, so I guess I can't complain. TV works good too.
