I stayed three nights here during a recent hiking trip. The staff were all friendly and professional. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and well kept. I was impressed with the breakfast, which was more than a standard continental and had at least two proteins every day. Overall not a destination in and of itself, but a solid value for lodging in Waterville Valley.

Rooms were clean, hotel is safe and makes you feel safe. The hotel is a little dated but you get your money’s worth! At the time of our stay we got a freedom pass for the resort, when we booked our hotel, that was awesome and worth at least $100 due to the free rentals and activities! My largest complaint is I wish the doors were a little thicker, there was decent noise transmission from the hallway. Over all, we got our money’s worth

I recently visited waterville valley and stayed in silverfox inn. The hotel is very nice and hotel services are great. The breakfast is delicious. Freedom passes provided by the hotel are of great help. I enjoyed my stay there and would love to visit this place every year. I simply fall in love with this place.

The Silver Fox Inn was a great location for the Martial Arts Symposium next door. The room was smallish but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and eager to assist. The continental breakfast was more than ample.

The TV didn't work properly and very few stations. The room was just ok but the bed was very hard. No microwave, no fridge and no service to the room for the entire stay.

Staff friendly as well as being knowledgeable about the area. Understaffed. Rooms are clean as well as the common areas. Cozy little inn, has plenty of common areas to hang around with folks. The rooms are hotel style, so not much room to hang out it, but it more than makes up for it with having well stocked fridges and comfortable couches.

Clean, not fancy, dated decor and the usual cheap furniture but affordable for the area and right next door to the conference center. Check in and out was easy and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Bed was OK, the shower was great and the bathroom had been updated, very nice (but small). Room had an ironing board, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer and the usual TV, desk, closet, and luggage racks. Ice machine, vending, and laundry are on the first floor.

This hotel takes your money in full day of arrival . Unlike other hotels that take 50% and then 50% at check out . Hard to get direct answers from the front desk , felt like pulling teeth when asking basic questions . Hope our stay changes my opinion but so far not impressed.

We went to check in to our room and right away noticed a massive cockroach. We notified the staff, and they were quick to offer a refund. No hesitation. Great, except it makes me question how often this type of situation happens. We were horrified. See picture attached.

This was my second stay in Waterville Valley. My first stay at Town Square Condos was great, so I expected nothing less here. This place is not great. First, they refused to honor an advertised price on the Waterville Valley website, but we had already purchased plane tickets so we had no choice but to pay the higher price. We had a room with two double beds. One bed was pretty good but the second one was super creaky and uncomfortable. Plus, when I turned down the bed, there was all kinds of hair under the sheets. It was pretty gross. The shower was awful - no water pressure and barely any hot water. Additionally, this property is right next to the event center so one night there was a wedding with super loud music for 3+ hours (until 11pm). There is NO sound barrier from the hallway to the rooms. The cleaning staff was loudly talking at 7am one morning and of course other guests have little regard for others who may still be sleeping. Overall this place was just ok. Not the worst place I've stayed, but there are definitely much better places to stay within Waterville Valley.

The inn is in a nice beautiful valley though the reception wasn’t as good. We had to go to the dining area to get someone to check us in. The room was quiet the bed was cozy we had a good night and an amazing breakfast. Checking out was also a challenge but we had a good stay. The price matches the services provided.

We booked the Silver Fox hoping for a clean, comfortable, no-frills room in a good location. It exceeded our expectations. Although modest, it has a charming, cozy lodge vibe, is very tidy, and the location is ideal. Walking distance to everything in WV - Town Square, athletic center/pool, restaurants. Room includes day passes to the athletic center which is a plus, along with a hot breakfast buffet which was great. The staff - Anne & Co. - were super nice and helpful. Our only complaint is the beds; our mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and creaky, and the beds (double only) were small. Hopefully they update those. But other than that, if you're looking for a reasonably priced, practical place to stay in WV, I highly recommend this one.

The staff was very friendly, the proximity to the mountain is great. The rooms are older and the beds were not very comfortable but we enjoyed our stay overall
