The staff is very friendly and personable but most importantly they are HONEST, unlike a lot of mechanics that take advantage of people. We always feel completely comfortable bringing our cars to Mark Phillips for service.

Have been here twice now with an older vehicle we purchased. Couldn't have asked for better service and communication. Once issues were diagnosed I received a call, when any changes occurred, I received a call. Any non warranty work on our vehicles will for sure be going here!

If I could leave no stars I would. These folks were extremely rude and dismissive to my partner. They quoted us a 9k job, but didn't seem to want to take a few moments to discuss the details of said repairs. Extremely overpriced for the work to be done.

We did not end up using this garage, but I must say that the level of service that we got offered over the phone was outstanding. Our RV wouldn't start, and this was one of the mechanics that Good Sam would okay a tow to. The problem was that the shop could not confirm that they could service the 20-year-old Class A without seeing it. They called me back after checking with the owner and were actually willing to drive to the campground to look at it on site. If I ever needed car repair, I would look this place up first.

Excellent and reliable service, always goes above and beyond. My car broke down and I had to get it towed to Marc Phillips for repair. They were completely booked and it’s the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Said they likely wouldn’t get to it until mid next week. It turned out they were able to resolve at the end of the day. I am beyond pleased!!! I now have my car in time for the holiday weekend!! ;) They never disappoint and remember my AAA discount. Thank you Jason for all you do!
