“Sadly, the Upper Valley is full of landlords who can't usually be bothered to do their jobs or charge outrageous prices for subpar services/properties that are not properly kept up. If you need to rent in the area, Purcell is a solid choice. The front office is always very responsive to questions, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the properties are kept in good condition. Appliances were clean and functioning for the time I rented and none of the other tenants I knew had issues with their units either. Normal gripes with landlords always apply, but I had significantly less issues with Purcell than those unfortunate enough to rent with Joelynn K or others.”
