My Solterra ran out of battery 10 miles away from White River Subaru. I was driving from Kingston MA to Burlington VT. I had Level 3 charging adapter which surprisingly did not work. I was in a very tough spot. I called White River Subaru and asked if there was anything they could recommend. I was referred to Robert Arthur by a friend, and once I called Robert, he happily accomodated me with a loaner vehicle. I was first approached by a very professional sales person, his name was Lester G, who was very pleasant to deal with. Robert Arthur and Jerad Smith went out of their way and had me in a loaner within 5 minutes.

“I could rate them lower than 5 starts because of what happened while buying the truck but it's hard to fault a person for mistakes
An employee damaged my vehicle that I worked a month on getting to the dealership but they did everything right to try and fix the situation. They were great to work with and did everything they could to make it right. Gave me a loner that was as close to the truck I purchased. Took money off the truck that I was buying and sent it to get fixed. Stated they were going to deliver it over 2 hours away when it was done and pickup the loaner. All you can expect of a business is for them to make things right.”
