“I average one rental car a week in my travels and Avis at Lebanon Airport rates as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory. When flying into a small airport/town, sometimes renting a car can be a challenge due to limited hours or odd flight times. Avis at LEB helped me out with an after hours rental. I arrived later in the evening and had received a text hours earlier from Tylor with Avis giving me my vehicle info, contract number, and sent me photos of the vehicle and where it was parked and where I could pick up the key. Absolute great service! I was off the airplane and in my car in about 90 seconds which is amazing. I dropped the car before the location opened and Tylor closed out the rental with me over text right after I landed back in Boston.Great job Tylor and team Avis LEB!
