Website doesn't tell you they are limited to what items can be delivered. I had a laptop to return through FedEx but I was directed to a different location as they don't ship laptops or batteries from west lebanon location. I had to go to woodstock, VT Ace hardware who has a fedex on site.

Took my large Fed Ex package (Shaw’s West Leb FedEx drop off site refused it). Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful.

Just be aware that this store doesn't provide on-site printing service for the customers who need to print prepaid label.
