“Lost my key and called for help— the ladies I spoke to were helpful, professional, and lifted my spirits on my sick day. Thanks for the support and joy❤!”
“Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service.
My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. ? Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment.
All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.”
“Very satisfied with both staff members at the Lebanon NH location when I called for info and signed up for promotion. Very pleasant and helpful. Just hope rates don't rise too much after the promotion ends.”
“Fantastic company! Great security! The location is so convenient, renting made simple. No term minimum or limits, auto pay option keeps the bill off my mind.I love the email reminder telling you when the money is withdrawn. They cover all the bases.”

“They moved the books and supplies for the Five Colleges Book Sale: 4 moves over 2 months. The staff were very hard working and friendly. When we had more book boxes than expected they got more trucks automatically. The administration was responsive and clear about the services and cost. It was a wonderful experience!”
