My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. ? Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment.
All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.”

When we had more book boxes than expected they got more trucks automatically. The administration was responsive and clear about the services and cost. It was a wonderful experience!”
