Pre paid for materials 5-6 weeks before scheduled install date. Install day crew shows with 2/3 of required material. Monadock flooring left job incomplete and leaving our laundry room unusable for 8 days while waiting for rest of flooring to show that they had to order. Definitely seems someone has too much on their plate. The job was finally completed and does look good. Just tired of contractors not keeping their word. Apparently this is par for the course with Monadnock Flooring now. Will not be using them again.

The guys who removed our old carpet & installed our new floors were totally competent, considerate, efficient, and overall... they did a wonderful job! Thank you!!

Nightmare! Paid top dollar for atrocious install. See my photos. Everything they did was wrong. Did not cut planks to fit moldings. Just squared off with open gap. EVERY transition piece they installed and fixed and reinstalled came loose and popped up. Riser step pieces popped right off again and again because they did not use adhesive. They neither consulted nor advised me about not using adhesive. They were responsive and amenable as far as fixing mistakes but their fixes were only temporary. Nothing they fixed stayed fixed. I have extensive photo documentation of this amateurish install.

Just had wood floors put in 2 rooms and the guys were very professional. They were able to handle the little suprises that came up. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. When they left, eveything was cleaned up and the floors look great. We are very pleased.
