“Back in November I was in a collision with a deer in my car that I had just bought 3 weeks prior. I must say that I am 110% satisfied and impressed with the job that these guys did fixing my car and restoring it back to the same shape it was in prior to the accident. The car was fixed and back to me in roughly 45 days, which only took that long because it took Progressive 16 days just to send an adjuster out to assess it, as soon as they got the go ahead from progressive, they got right to work on it and communicated with me throughout the whole process, and when it wasn't able to be completed within the original planned timeframe due to waiting on parts (that's shipping during Christmas time for you!), Even gave me a loaner car free of charge so that I could go see my family for the holidays, and let me keep it until the car was done. Would absolutely recommend for any body work needs, and should I need a body shop again, North Country Ford is absolutely my first choice! Crystal and her team were amazing, thank you all!Services: Painting”
“Our car had extensive damage from an encounter with a deer. The whole process, from day one until the day we picked up our car, was very pleasant. Very pleasant to deal with. The car looks amazing. Great people great business! Highly recommend!”
“Am visiting from 4 hours away with my wife and four small children in a minivan. I was convinced I was having break issues and needed to get them done ASAP out of an abundance of caution. This business could have sold me new breaks all around in a second. I would have paid any price because of my family's safety. But instead, he did a diagnostic road test with me in the vehicle, and sent me on my way and told me, "you're good to go home. You might needs breaks in the near future, but not now. Go home and get a break job from a mechanic you know"!! I was floored with this man's honesty and integrity. Unbelievable!!! Humanity still has some "good ones"!!!”
“After being maliciously struck by a road-raging deer on the interstate, my Dodge RAM 1500's face was badly busted-up on the passenger side.Every time I poked around in the mess to see if there were things I could straighten out or replace myself with used parts, I saw yet more aspects to the damage, and knew I was in over my head.A dear friend of ours in Bethlehem -- a guy who drives nice cars & keeps them in prime condition -- said that he had had very good experiences at Les Washburn's Hollow Auto Body (and that he has fun chatting with Les).It wasn't the fastest result in history, but a lot of that in my case is because Mopar has made it way too hard to avoid getting the wrong body parts for a specific 1500, because of the tangled mess with the 1500 Big Horn & 1500 Lone Star, the numerous trim-lines, cab & bed configurations, etc.In any case speed was not my concern regarding this vehicle. My main priority was that I wanted it DONE RIGHT.The final results are perfect. Everything that was bent, cockeyed & busted is now so symmetrical that the front of the truck is in near-showroom shape.I'm glad I listened to my friend's advice, and I'm glad I trusted this job to the Washburns !!Service: Body & Trim”
“He looks out for for people. My 4Runner was left in his care and he made sure it was safe to drive again. I know I will enjoy my truck for a long time because of all the work he did.”
