“This IS the gym. No machines here. Concrete floors, racks with bars and plates, kettlebells, ropes, sleds, rings, tires and TRX. At 40 I was tired of being tired. Everyday task required more effort with more side effects. Soreness from shoveling and carrying heavy loads. No energy and more stress as years passed. Then I found this gym. THE gym. After one year I am in better shape than I was half my age. It turns out that today's every day life does not put loads on our bodies on a daily basis like our bodies were designed for. You are a machine. At Pure Life Fitness you will do exercises that properly load your body to build up strength, endurance, power and reverse the sick aging phenotype. There are two types of aging. You can either take a load of medicines to treat symptoms with side effects and continue wasting away or give your body the medicine it needs to treat the cause. Take control. Do it!”

“Haven't signed up yet but did the tour, not inexpensive but overall a quality fitness facility, swimming, tennis, racketball, basket ball, indoor track, weights, weight machines, cardio machines, spin classes, yoga, boot camp etc.. add in a restaurant, Cafe and spa facilities you get a lot for your dollar.”
“I went to sign up today, I say to the young lady I wanted the 24 hour pass. Signs me up only to find out after the fact it was not the 24 hour pass. For that it's 60 bucks... Didn't say anything about it. When I went in for the tour, I was quoted 50 for the 24 hour pass. Ridiculous!!! Edit to my problem: I called the next day and spoke to Kenny, who information me that the young lady I spoke with was mistaken. It was cleared up and that was why I changed my review.”

“A fantastic yoga studio in an unassuming mill building- blink and you could miss it. Once you are inside you will find an airy, spacious studio with plenty of space to social distance. The owner and lead instructor Amanda is fantastic- a bright light that everyone is drawn to. Studio is clean and safe, and diversity of classes is offered here- we all need some yoga in our lives these days. You will definitely find what you need at Ducks in a Row.”
