Multiple instances of delayed packages even when they track right to the post office. They will not let you pick up in person at the storefront when they fail to deliver. A Joke.

This place NEVER has it together. They asked us to set up a mailbox for our house and we did. They then proceed to not deliver packages to us because our mailbox is too small...and refuse to drop the packages off at the house. They say they will hold our packages at the post office. When we go to get the packages, they "don't know where they are." Meaning they aren't tracking packages properly or never took them off the truck. And when we go to ask what to do, they are rude and don't offer any helpful solutions. This isn't a one time occurrence. This has been happening for YEARS. They really have poor customer service and don't do the job they need to do!
