The owners take the time to really know every product and company of the items they sell in their store. I find a lot of comfort knowing I don't need to spend time looking into the products, and can buy with confidence! And if I'm looking for something that they don't have, France is more than happy to place a special order and call you when it's in.

This is my favorite health store, period. The fact that it is locally owned by a kind-hearted and logical, forward-thinking, family is just an added bonus! I have enormous trust in the products they offer, knowing that each and every one was diligently researched to ensure the process/ingredients are authentic and beneficial. Fran will not hesitate to order just about any type of specialty items that may be requested. When I see any reviews below 5 stars I simply ignore them because this type of store is not for everyone. Here we do our best to keep cash alive, individuals & family's healthy, and small towns tightly knit. If you prefer paying for your preserved, genetically modified food & drink using a price gauging corporate credit card - go back to Walmart...

Hidden Gem! A small family run store with lots of locally sourced products available. Fresh fruits and vegetables, farm raised meats. Hard to find items are here as well. Healthy snacks too! They also have a bigs selection of Pet food and supplies. This place is worth checking out!

This is a very sweet and pleasant find. From probiotics, to natural remedies, to essential oils, fresh produce and of course all the raw food fixings your pet could need- I have literally found a sliver of heaven on earth that serves our specific needs ! Love the owner who adds a touch of kindness and perso ability to the table. I feel very well taken care of which shows they care about their customers!

If you care about what you eat and what fuels your body, this is the store to shop. The owner has handpicked and scrutinized everything in the store to ensure everything is top quality health-wise. Great customer service and always willing to bend over backwards to help.

My husband and I pre-ordered an organic turkey from here for the first time having always gone to a farm in Dracut, Ma. When they came in the owner weighed the bird and I moved the items from in front of the scale so I could read the weight/price/total to put in memo line of my check and I took a photo of check so I could record this check at home. When I got home I noticed that the weight of the bird was already on a sticker from the original source-Mary's Turkeys. The weight was different from what I was charged and I had paid more. Let's just say the defensive response I received was not that of what I expected from someone running a small business. We will not return to this store, this is our choice preferring to spend our money at a friendlier and more efficiently run business.

We have been fresh produce co-op program for a couple months now. Eveything is fresh, and high quality organic. Small store, though every item was very well thought out. Very friendly and caring staff. Owner is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Great to support a local business, with such quality products.

Handwritten sign on the side of the road: "local strawberries are here". They got me with the sign. I went in for strawberries and walked out with a bunch of beautiful ingredients (duck eggs!!!) and a wonderful warm and friendly experience. I didn't know that this gem of a market existed. I live in the land of Wegman's and Whole foods, but I work about 10 minutes from this shop. It will now be a regular part of my shopping routine. I'm so excited about finding this place that I feel like celebrating! Hooray for A Simply Wholesome Life!!!

There's really nothing to buy here. Lots of overpriced processed foods, no fruits or veggies.

This is a 'must see' it for yourself kind of place! The store is very well stocked and organized with a unique array of hard to find brands and so many items you just won't easily find anywhere else. My youngest (teen) daughter recently fell in love with Kombucha drinks and Rx bars (also sold at Whole Foods and on Amazon at a significantly higher price, typically). She helped me to found this gem of a store by doing an online search for Rx bars. Since my daughter was a toddler, she's been living a life focused on knowing how to read food labels and how to live healthfully as a Type I, insulin dependent diabetic. The whole family has followed suit, including my 25 year old son and my 23 year old daughter. Eating healthfully has become not only a physically positive life change but has also connected us with so many like minded people whom share ideas and information about fun places to go and ways of exercising which are more like playing than most people's idea of exercise (at a gym, with expensive, often neglected memberships and equipment). This store reinforced (this was my first of many visits here!) my family's focus on health and well being and felt like I found the lost puzzle piece in my/our continual search for ways to look, feel and Be better-our own personal best! France, the knowledgeable, kind, helpful and gracious owner, greeted us as we entered the store. I'm what I call a 'grazer' (when I eat And when I shop). I like to know there's a salesperson available when I have a question or need to complete my purchase transaction but I don't want Too much attention. I've found that more often than not, when I go into a smaller shop I often feel a certain amount of stress or pressure to hurry up or to at least not do what I often enjoy, meandering, reading labels, looking for and finding new cool things that smell good or are pretty. I call it the next new thing I hadn't yet realized I couldn't live without. I felt completely welcomed and peaceful shopping here. My daughter did too. My daughter even went out of her own comfort zone by 'letting me' linger and shop and chat with France quite a bit longer than her (teenage) patience would've normally allowed. She too continued to look around, and Find, so many of the incredible products on the market (and some I've never seen anywhere else!) which are often very difficult to locate without having to travel far and pay higher prices at one of those mega health food stores. Don't get me wrong-I still love Whole Foods and very often choose to go there for lunch or dinner as an alternative to a sandwich or other shop/restaurant but this particular store can only be compared to those bigger stores in that they carry wholesome foods. You must go in yourself to have your own amazing experience, soon!
