    What a very big place but depending on time of day there is plenty of time on the equipment.

    Very friendly staff, trainers here are very knowledgeable. The equipment and facilities are great, plenty to do. Nothing broken or horrible to complain about. The feel for the gym was nice, there wasn’t several floors and a million people. The hours work conveniently for me and I really enjoy the environment.

    Great gym for a quick, anytime workout. Showers and other amenities as needed. Staff are helpful, even just over the phone. If you need a personal trainer, as for Stu. He knows his stuff!
