“Bought a stove yesterday.. brought it home and due to moisture invading the display it ceased to work. It was raining and we put a plastic bag on the top and wrapped it in a quilt but I guess the moisture caused the issue. Today we returned the stove and they replaced it with even a better unit at no extra cost!! “I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed.

I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.”

“I had such a great experience at the Salem, NH Home Depot and wanted to recognize two employees who really stood out.

I accidentally left my ID at the checkout while Connor was helping so many customers and seemed to be the only employee covering all of the checkout registers. After I left, I called the store twice to see if my ID had been found, but no one was able to locate it. Connor had actually kept it safe for me and went above and beyond by finding me on social media and reaching out to let me know he had it. He saved me such a headache! When I went back to the store, he saw me walk in and immediately gave me my ID back. It was incredibly kind of him.

I also want to recognize Alejandro in the Paint Department. He helped make my AI dream bathroom idea come to life! He helped me choose the perfect paint color, gave me his opinion, and was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.

“Every time I go to this Home Depot I get the best service. We recently had to make a stand to hold a 11'w x 8'h stretchy fabric sign for a vendor display the next day. The person who ordered the sign fir got yo get a stand. Andy in the pvc fitting area was so helpful to figure what we needed and cut all the pipes for us. We saved a great deal doing this project ourselves and it was done so quickly. Thank Andy!Then I went to the lighting area to research smart light bulbs. Severo was kind to explain the differences in the many options and asked the right questions to figure which bulbs would meet my needs. Thanks Severo!”

“Absolutely awesome awesome awesome buying experience from Chris the Store manager, Tyler the Samsung rep, Angela another Manager, Rachel during our checkout and Jeff and Jason in the warehouse! Everyone went out of their way to help us find the perfect TV for our basement. They taught us about what to look for and what would be best viewing in the limited space we had down in our basement. “As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”

“I had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. He has renewed my faith in Home Depot and I will continue to shop there as long as they end up doing right. Anthony did right by this customer and I applaud his service.”

Have a stackable dryer that was damaging clothes making loud noises and unfixable and outdated. After half day of very frustrating call to manufacture with issues being understood and several transfers/disconnects happening, I turned to Home Depot. Was immediately directed to Wendy who was such a pleasure, went above and beyond searching for something compatible, trying to set everything up for me and complete my order after issues with my card, just to ensure I would not have to make a trip in otherwise. She was very patient and helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Much appreciation and thanks sent her way!”
