“My Viking Elite 2 was purchased 5 years ago and started missing stitches, I initially diagnosed the problem as worn feed dogs due to the length of time in service. I took it in for the replacement and service. The store called me and told me the problem was more than the feed dogs. I asked about upgrading to the newer model Elite 3 and it was suggested to attend a demonstration before deciding. I reviewed the new machine and decided that I would replace the Elite 2 with the Elite 3. I* was given a generous trade in allowance and, following the demo traded my ole machine for the newest version. This transaction was very smooth, completely unrushed and without pressure. “Bought a stove yesterday.. brought it home and due to moisture invading the display it ceased to work. It was raining and we put a plastic bag on the top and wrapped it in a quilt but I guess the moisture caused the issue. Today we returned the stove and they replaced it with even a better unit at no extra cost!! “I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed.
I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.”

“I placed a few online orders for pickup and the pickup process itself was quick and easy. The confirmation email mentioned bringing ID, but no one ended up asking for it.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because no shopping bags were provided. My first purchase was a PS5 (which was a gift), and it honestly felt awkward walking out of Best Buy holding it openly with no bag or printed receipt. I know receipts are digital now, but from a safety standpoint it would be nice to at least have the option of a bag, especially for higher-value items. My second order was much smaller (4k capture card) and again there was no bag offered.
I’m not upset about it, it just felt weird and a little inconvenient, especially if you’re buying multiple items. Overall the pickup experience was smooth, but having bags available would make it feel more complete and secure.
Also, PSA for anyone purchasing here: the standard return window is 15 days, not 30. However, if you pay for My Best Buy Plus ($50/year) or My Best Buy Total ($180/year), you get 60 days for returns. Definitely something to keep in mind before buying electronics.”
