Taking Reformer classes is great workout and thoroughly enjoyable! The instructors make it fun and are there to help and make sure you don’t hurt yourself! Love it! Everyone should give it a try! Even the Seniors….. like me! If I can do it, so can you!

Have been going to the studio for a few months now and am really loving it! The classes are challenging but the instructors make it fun ?. The 6am classes are great to get a sweat in before starting the day :).
