The staff and experience was amazing. Our wedding day was perfect! Stephanie & Alex and our coordinator was amazing!!! They literally are the best in the world at what we do. However, after our wedding we heard a lot of our guests state that they weren’t fond of our bartender that night. One of my guests overheard her saying that she was upset that no one was ordering hard liquor and just canned beverages. Also, they took away our wedding cake pretty quickly that not a lot of guests had it.

Spectacular venue with superb service! Castleton has a built-in WOW factor with its lakeside location. I just hosted a Bride-to-Be party and it was perfect. Alex and Stephanie helped me make food decisions and made suggestions in terms of timing and how to set up decor. Relinda was a fabulous banquet captain and helped keep everything running smoothly. Everything flowed and Relinda checked with me every step of the way if I wanted to have a food section cleared and how long to leave up the champagne punch. Price was so reasonable to have the Casterin facility and staff do it all. Will DEFINITELY use again for future functions. Thank you Castleton, Alex, Stephanie and Relinda for a memorable bride-2-be brunch!!!!!

What an amazing experience working with the Castleton staff!! We had a fundraiser on 7/17/25 and their entire staff, from Rich Armstrong, to Stephanie Hamlin (GM) to Alexandra Hallee for planning and full exection of an amazing evening that entailed 7 musical acts, over 40 giftbag raffles, silent auctions, great food and just an evening of fun to assist the Windham Restaurant staff. It was a pleasure and honor to work with such a professional team. If you have an event, do yourself a favor and talk with this team at Castleton Banquet and Conference Center.

Beautiful location for my daughter's bridal shower. The staff was so helpful before and during the event. Food did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful venue with both indoor and outdoor options. The outdoor area features a lake, which can elevate your stage setup with the right decor. Dekorasi recently did a splendid job with the decorations.

We have had our end of season sports banquet for Castleton for several years. Their attention to detail and great customer service are to be commended. The food is always great, and the hall is beautiful as well. The outside gazebo makes for great team pictures. We continue to come back year after year.

Spacious and amazing venue! Great to have a venue on the water for great photo ops! There is ample parking available and staff were very friendly.
