I am extremely impressed with exclusive auto sales. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and the whole experience easy and pleasant. When I went to look at the vehicle there was absolutely no pressure from them to purchase and they negotiated fairly and honestly when discussing the purchase price. After taking the vehicle home there was a small issue with one of the tires ( through no fault of theirs) when I told them about it they immediately ordered a new tire and has it replaced the next day.while I was waiting for the tire to be replaced I could tell through their interaction with each other and their repair customers that they are an honest and fair shop which sometimes can be hard to find in this business I would like to thank Sam and Tim for a professional, honest and pleasant experience and I highly recommend them .

We brought our minivan to Exclusive for an electrical system issue, and found that the alternator needed to be replaced. While the van was there, we also had them investigate knocking noises from the front end. We needed a new axle. The team was able to do all of this in one shot, which worked out well for us. Exclusive is honest and up-front, and their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

The team at Exclusive has taken care of numerous issues on my now old and troublesome Jeep. Including a rear differential replacement and a difficult oil pan gasket replacement (due to having to drop the transmission to get it out).They have handled each and every issue with professionalism and courtesy that is greatly appreciated. Everything from a state inspection to major part replacements has been about as painless as they can be, thanks both to Tim at the desk and his helpful insight and transparency with pricing and time, and the crew in the shop for quickly diagnosing and repairing my issues.The team there is something special and it's going to keep me coming back and recommending your shop to anyone who asks. Maybe close the shop early once in a while and have a cookout and a few beers with them all. They do great work and deserve it.
