“On a Sunday, we asked several companies for a quote and availability.
The following Monday, Bay State Pods were the first to respond. The offer sounded good to us and a box was available at the time we wanted it.
On delivery day, the driver called to give us an estimated time. He was on time and placed the box exactly where we wanted it to be.
Several days later, I got a follow up call to check if everything was OK.
That is great customer service.
So far, we are happy with Bay State Pods.
I'm sure once we call them to get the box picked up again, it will be as smooth as it was until now.”

“This is a great, affordable way to move. I used U-Pack a year ago to move out of state and used them again to move back. It was a cheaper option than PODS. The first time I hired movers to help me load the trailer. The second time I used a Relocube and packed everything myself. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would be if they came with ratchet straps to secure stuff (which I had to buy from a local store). Great customer service.”

“I see that others have written poor reviews, but our experience with ABC Moving and Storage (Hudson/Leominster MA) was entirely positive. We were quoted a competitive price by David (our salesperson) and ended up coming in at a slightly lower price when all was said and done. Moving occurred on-time and was handled efficiently. Delivery was on-time, and we are particularly grateful to Regina in the office and Kevin (our driver), who worked with us to arrange a convenient delivery time when we were faced with an unexpected family emergency. It feels a bit unsettling when a crew of guys start moving all your belongings into a huge truck, and it might have helped if someone had spent a few extra minutes talking with us about the process at the start of our moving day. But honestly, these guys knew what they were doing! The entire crew worked hard. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everyone was polite. All in all, we received excellent service on both ends.”
