“From the retail store to the drive thru yard, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Stopped in this morning for some ice melt after a big box store once again let me down and faked to deliver to my home. I was warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter and we had a great chat about some upcoming projects I’m planning. The cashier walked me through the process for collecting my 150# of ice melt via their drive thru lumber yard.
It was my first time shopping there and accidentally went down the wrong lane in the drive thru but everyone was kind and gracious- I was so embarrassed & worried I was going to get the standard New England style scolding for my oversight. But the gentleman who assisted me with loading my ice melt and the cashier were both so lovely- thank you for that.
I am done with the big box home improvement stores and will be shopping here from now on!”

“This is a Home Decor paint & wallpaper store, featuring Benjamin Moore products. This is a Top-notch, well stocked paint & paper store. If they don't have it, you don't need it ! Seriously, they'll have what you need, and if they don't, they'll probably be able to tell you where to find it.
The ABSOLUTE best part of this store is the STAFF ! The people behind the counter (and often in front of it assisting customers) are the best in the business. There is easily over 100 years of staff experience working at any one time. And these folks are friendly. If there's a jerk in the store, it's probably you or me, lol. If you have questions, they most likely have the answer and the solution there in stock. The staff at this location has always known the best product for me to use for the application (or problem) that I'm working on. I love this place and I'm always happy see the good folks there. AAA+++ my highest rating !”

“I've been in business 42 years, I have NEVER met a Shipping Department Manager, Garrett, who is more personable and Compassionate about the time of delivery and how it is important to those on the receiving end. Had a glitch, spoke to Garrett personally and he jumped all over it, my product gothere within 20 minutes.
It's great to see when all the cogs in the wheel don't work that someone jumps in and takes the bull by the horns..
