I highly recommend Secrets Salon, as Lisa and Janae provided hair and makeup for my wedding. They arrived early to the venue and completed amazing looks for the bridesmaids, myself, and moms. Everyone was so happy with the outcome and they were great to have in the room getting ready. As a bride, all you can ask for is to look/feel great on your wedding day and Secrets Salon provided that and more. Thank you so much!

I had the opportunity to try the new IncaGlow smoothing treatment. My hair is very thick and coarse...the kind that gets totally out of control in the humidity. My daily routine was to blow dry it straight and then finish with a flat iron. Those days are over. IncaGlow made my hair so smooth, soft and silky without the harsh chemicals of a Keratin treatment. Now I just do a quick blow dry and I'm out the door! Check out the before and after pictures to see the amazing results!

Just had the Inca Glow hair hair smoothing treatment done this week! It’s Inca-redible!! My hair is now smooth and straight, but has body instead of being coarse and frizzy. Dries so much quicker and looks great even when I style it myself. Best part is I got caught in a complete down pour and windstorm this after. Was soaked, didn’t bother to dry my hair and yet hours later it’s still straight and silky not frizzy. All I can say is WOW! Thanks Lisa I freakin LOVE my hair right now! If you are thinking about smoothing your hair definitely give Inca Glow a try!!!

Secrets Salon is NH's best kept secret. It's sparkling clean, gorgeous inside, always smells amazing (I've never smelled a single chemical like you do when walk through the door at most salons) and has the absolute best personalities working inside of it. Lisa and Jenae make the best team and are true artists when it comes to their craft.

Had my first appointment today at Secrets Salon...definitely a happy lady! I've been looking for a new stylist and I think I found one! My hair looks great! Very comfortable atmosphere and a very customer oriented business which is a big plus

These are shared text between myself and Lisa Tracey (Owner of secrets salon.) Me: Hi Lisa My name is Alyssa and you did my hair the day before the superbowl and I just wanted to bring to your attention that ever since I came home my hair has been falling out and I am talking chunks here. As a hair salon professional and owner you should have warned me about this. I felt as if you rushed my appnt and didn't treat me as a client. You made a j*** comment to your husband when he asked you what time you would be done you replied "hopefully before midnight" by far the worse customer service I have received. Not to mention the amount of times you burned my head with the blow dryer and ripped through my hair with the hair brush. You must be doing this for a long time. I payed 300$ for the worst service!!!! Not to mention YOU made the effort to call ME back. I could have went else where. I also tipped a very not deserving 20%" I mean its one thing where the "customer is always right" then its another thing when you are rude and unprofessional.... Lisa Tracey: "So let me be clear....I did your hair on 2/4/17.....and have had all this happen and contacting me now? I told you the prosperity of your hair was compromised that why I didn't do the blue or jewel tones. YOUR WORDS were ive done this many times...... HOW DARE YOU....... Your hair was a mess prior..... Alyssa Beaulieu ....maybe you should have stopped by and we could discuss your bogus text. btw IF MY SERVICE WAS SO TERRIBLE then why did you tip? Ill keep that in mind next time I go to the ***********.......grow up little girl this is not how adults handle thing. Get your facts correct." I'm not even going to get into the texts regarding the things she said about how my mother raised me. These texts speak for themselves, I can not believe that the owner would talk to a client in such an awful way. I would describe her as a princess who can not handle constructive criticism. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I made an appointment before the super bowl and I was not able to make it in time before they closed on Saturday so I said okay thank you anyway. Lisa called me back and told me she would stay late to do my hair. If I would have known that she was a psycho I would have had no problem making an appointment at another salon. Lisa burned my head on a countless of times and did an awful job cutting my hair. I think its because she was rushing but please don't forget she made the efforts to contact me back. She made me feel so uncomfortable and I felt in danger after her appalling texts.
