“I’ve been a tenant of many units since it was originally Burlington SS. I stay because it is a clean indoor facility that is climate controlled. Super convenient drive in, do your thing and drive out. I use my units for business file archives and sometimes need to retrieve documents that take awhile going through boxes and the bathroom is super appreciated! Best of all is Jana and Steve, 2 employees that have gone through a couple ownership transitions with ease. Jana rocks! She has been so unbelievably helpful over the past 9 years that I’ve had multiple units and her personality is a ray of sunshine every time I interact with her! Steve is my next go-to person and always goes above and beyond as well. I’m not crazy about the constant increases in pricing so please Lif Storage-pay attention to the spikes, it’s alienating lots of long term tenants.”

“Used a storage locker to hold my 2bed 2bath apartment stuff and it was very spacious! One storage locker held as much as a 15’ u-haul! They provide carts to help move your things and the main office is very clean/well maintained. Great location right off the highway, would recommend.”

“Great storage facility and great staff. Zach is a great and truly watches out for the customers. I had a small 5x5 unit and eventually needed additional space so I moved over to a 5x10. Zach took the time to notice that I used the space frequently as a place to leave building materials and tools for my job, and suggested I reserve a specific unit so the roof wouldn't drip on me in the winter.
I was also veery impressed as every time I went into the office, which was only a handful of times over the years, he knew me by name each time.
Facility itself is very good with communication, a few times the gate had mechanical issues and they repaved, each of these were clearly communicated with the renters. They also actively maintain the units, my unit had the weather seal replaced just prior to me renting the space.”
