Kevin unfortunately did not have the right size storage I needed available, but worked diligently to find one just as close to home for me in Dracut and coordinated scheduling a site visit for the next morning with Tim. “So far so good. Looked at a small storage locker at one of the big extra storage places and the price was ridiculous. Like $200 min for anything. Came here and it was way cheaper for a small locker. Ended up not getting it but came back a couple months later and Nicholas showed us again and the process was super easy. Highly recommend the place if your looking for a decent storage space for that’s in a safe area. Only downside is you have to pay like $11 extra for insurance but you can prepay and get a small space for around $65-$90 if you just get a 5x10 like we did. But customer service was great and was never upsold hard or anything.”

“We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. “I just had a second truckload of water delivered and I couldn't be happier with Fortin water because of your delivery person. I was filling an inground pool that I built and we installed the liner. The driver pointed out a few issues I had with the liner and they were quickly resolved so I didn't end up with wrinkles or a big job taking out wrinkles later. He also gave some great advice that worked out well when one part of the liner pulled away from the track. He also helped me save time with the skimmer cut-in advice. He knows what he is doing and is a great help for new pool owners. What a great unexpected bonus from pool water delivery. Thank you so much! “After being gone from here since 2008 and 9 unbelievable transformation I feel like I'm going to brand new facility the rooms are absolutely gorgeous compared to 2009 they already done and I honestly wouldn't want to try to stay anywhere else I am so pleased with this my situation is not one that I wish on anybody but being back here with Pat and her positive attitude and these rooms are just immaculate it's well worth the price to have the friendly faces in the beautiful rooms Pat thank you so much for thinking of me and calling me when this opened up”
