“We just rented multiple units for many months. Rick made the process simple and he explained everything. They didn't have all units in the same bldg but we asked to be notified when one final unit became avaliable. Rick literally called us 6 minutes after leaving to let us know that a unit in our desired bldg just became available so we turned around, drove back and moved our lock. Amazing service! Our belongings are in good hands with Rick and Extra Space!”
“I am extremely happy with the service that I received from my moving crew today. Patrick, Austin, and Liam are the best! They are hard workers, solved several problems with hard to move items, polite and professional. Their team is a well oiled machine. If the need arises, I will definitely use Gentle Giant again. “We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. “After being gone from here since 2008 and 9 unbelievable transformation I feel like I'm going to brand new facility the rooms are absolutely gorgeous compared to 2009 they already done and I honestly wouldn't want to try to stay anywhere else I am so pleased with this my situation is not one that I wish on anybody but being back here with Pat and her positive attitude and these rooms are just immaculate it's well worth the price to have the friendly faces in the beautiful rooms Pat thank you so much for thinking of me and calling me when this opened up”
