I waited 5 min for someone to help me at the counter. I asked for $25 in gas and said I had a shell rewards card and the woman refused to allow me to use my rewards. Not happy at all

I pressed regular an it gave me premium went to talk to the guy at register an refuse to acknowledge my situation I ask for manager number he said he didn’t have a number so word of warning watch the pump closely
