This branch for some reason, clearly does not know how to use a phone. I've had to call multiple times, just for small questions that I shouldn't have to drive 15 minutes to the branch to for a 30 second conversation, just for the phone to ring without any answer and the call ending on its own and being disconnected. This has now happened on 4 different instances that I've had to call and the one time someone did pick up, I was treated with attitude and when my question was answered, I was immediately hung up on. Great customer service Citizens!!! Might just start looking into another bank in order to not continuously deal with this kind of behavior from a business I'm enrolling my financial discretions with...

Came here to get $3000 cash for a charity event and they actually told me they don't have that much to give. WHAT?!? This is a bank, right? I find this to be beyond stupid. It is not Friday, payday which was an issue I ran into in the past with a different bank. So, I decide to come here on a Wednesday and nada. After a chat with the branch manager they found the requested money.

Everyone knows me by name. It's great. Always see the same sweet ladies and they are always super helpful and smile when you walk in! They love dogs too btw!!!
