“I am from out of state and vacationing in Wolfeboro starting tomorrow. I submitted a request for a refill twice in the last week and a half at my local pharmacy so I would have my medication on my trip. My pharmacy waited until today to tell me my medication is on backorder. I frantically called Jessica at the Walgreens Wolfeboro NH location and she took care of everything! Jessica actually called me back to inform me that my medication will be there when I arrive tomorrow. Who does this?! My pharmacy does not operate this way. She called my local pharmacy (which is not Walgreens) right away and had my prescription transferred. And believe me, it is no easy task to contact my pharmacy. Jessica helped me out of a major jam and she was so super nice about it. She went above and beyond to help me out and I appreciate it greatly. I only wish this was my local pharmacy.
