JCN Shuttle's JCN-5 "The Yukon" decided to take a little break today at Hannaford Supermarkets in Alton, New Hampshire ???..............Oh that sinking feeling when you push the magic button to start the engine and it just goes click click clank.Sean from Sal's Advanced Auto Repair to the rescue! When Kirby called to see if they could get it in the shop soon, Sean said "he just happened to be dropping a vehicle off down the street already" ...........and was able to help get the Yukon going again. We immediately drove the Yukon (without shutting it off?) to their shop in the Town of Wolfeboro on Rt 28 and they had a new starter installed in less than an hour and a half!! Now that is service!!Thank you guys for rescuing Kirby and getting the Yukon back in service so quickly!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A family member of mine offered to change my brake pads for me but afterwards all my sensors were going haywire. I called sals for help and they got me right in that day. They fixed the problem quickly and when asked what I owed for the service they told me nothing. I had called Irving earlier in the day and they told me I had to tow it to a ford dealer. Which would have cost me $500 thru my ins. just for the tow. Let alone what the dealer would have charged. Another local place couldnt even look at it for 2 weeks. So thankful to Sals auto for everything, 5 star service for sure!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Life saving free air!!! I had a blow out right in front of this place and had a spare that had no air perso. Looking at them being closed, I noticed that they had. A free air sign.I was able to fill my spare tire up and made it to work. In a reasonable time.

Called multiple times to check if things would check out before taking my car here. The guys at sals said they could do the work so I dropped my car off in the morning they kept it all day until they closed to tell me that they didn’t want to work on it. Charged me $40 for and air filter change & then they slightly unscrewed my transmission fluid bolt so it would start leaking. There are fingerprints. There were not there before. I was very nice to them the whole time “pleases & thank yous” was the whole interaction sals got from me.

Loved sal's they were such a big help. For my wife and I they looked at our van because it was making a funny noise while we were up there for vacation and they didn't even charge us. Thank you very much for that help. Greatly appreciated.

I was in area on vacation and had a small issue with car. The staff fit me in right away, gave a quick diagnosis (in short, nothing was seriously wrong) and were courteous every step of the way. Even more remarkable: They refused to charge me! (Admittedly, it didn't take them a lot of time, but almost any other mechanic would have at least charged a diagnostic fee.) If I lived in area, this would be my go-to mechanic!

Never had an issue with any repairs. Not the least expensive, but you can take it to the bank on the quality of the work. They know their stuff, foreign or domestic. And they are responsive to any questions.Services: Oil change

I brought my car to Sal for inspection. It failed. I was told it would cost about $800 to repair so it would pass. I brought my car to my regular mechanic in Tuftonboro with the paperwork I had received from Sal's. He could not find any issues and passed my car. My cost - $45
