His guidance on whether to choose climate control, what size unit to get, and even the advice on putting items on pallets was incredibly helpful.

We stored our things for two years and recently moved everything out. I’m happy to report that everything was in excellent condition. Doug’s customer service is outstanding—he’s always there when you need him.

I’ve had bad experiences with other storage places, including one in Massachusetts that claimed to be secure but ended up having our stuff stolen (even though they had cameras—except they weren’t on!). Linwood, on the other hand, is a beautifully maintained facility, managed by someone who truly takes pride in providing a secure, clean, and well-run space.

On one occasion, we thought we had locked our storage unit but hadn’t. Doug called us to let us know and made sure everything was secure.
