I've been here multiple times and have mixed experiences. Mac and cheese is not so great. Pizza is awesome. Beer is good. Staff doesn't pick up their phone very often. There isn't a clear way to specify special dietary needs through the website for online orders. The restaurant won't let you put your order in over the phone in advance and also won't let you eat in the restaurant if you put in an order through the website.

This was my 2nd trip here for the beer and restaurant. Phenomenal beer, selection and taste. Possibly the best chili I've had, especially in New England. Really nice atmosphere and staff. It's typically a very busy place but the bar is comfortable.

Went here to eat, I did not stay as a guest. I will say if you are eating here go to the side entrance that is where the host stand is. You do have to be seated. Came here with my service dog and was put at a table big enough to accommodate my 65lb dog under the table. That was nice. I got the club and it was amazing ? the server was fast and attentative. Also she ignored the service dog which in my book gives her a A++++!Food & drinks: Club was amazing

The resteraunt is great, gluten free options and conscious of allergies. Staying at the inn came with free breakfast at the resteraunt. The room was cozy, but small. The gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub were really nice. The walls and ceiling had holes in them, and the molding on the tub was falling off; it just looked really unprofessional for what is marketed as an upscale place. For some reason the heat blasted the entire time we were there. We set the thermostat to 50 hoping it would cool down a bit, but even with open windows the temp in the room never got below 70. The walls are paper thin and every little, or not so little, noise of the people in the surrounding rooms or street can be heard in vibrant detail and with the popular resteraunt right next door it was a very loud night. Being an old building that is probably out of control of the inn but it's something to be aware of. This is a kid friendly inn, meaning the hallway is a bowling alley and late night circus acts are to be expected. There is also no dedicated parking for guests of the inn, and because this is a really popular spot it is really hard to find parking. If you're looking for an expensive, cozy room in a great location, with no intention of trying to sleep, this is a great place to stay. The inn really isn't that bad, but it could certainly be better especially for the price.

Went there for lunch ordered calamari terrible cold with some kind of mayonnaise dip not a spicy cocktail sauce. Pull pork tacos came with more pickles onions than pork. Bison burger was as thin as the cheese.

I really can't understand the concept of beer packages especially when visiting brewery's restaurant. As we were on roadtrip and wanted to taste local beer New Hamphire stand out because most of the places sell their beer in four packs. Four cans are ok, but why not to allow to pick different kinds of the same price range? Place looked old, full of history which is a huge plus for me.

I am completely disappointed with this establishment! We went to the brewery and asked if we could sit in one of their empty igloos outside, the host said we had to make a reservation online to do that, so we go online at 5:02 and find a reservation for 5pm available. You have to make a $50 deposit for the igloo reservation, which we do. Then we go to the host and show her the reservation, she then sends us to the front desk to go check in, and the woman working at the front desk told us that they have no availability. So I showed her the paid reservation, and she proceeds to tell me that they are fully booked inside, so there are no wait staff to have work the outside tables. WHY WAS THERE NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE HOST AND THE FRONT DESK- AND WHY IS THE IGLOO CHECK IN WITH THE FRONT DESK AND NOT THE RESTAURANT. If you have a group who just spent 15 minutes jockying your stupid website just to make a reservation, and paid $50 just to sit in the igloo, YOU CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO SEND SOME OF YOUR WAIT STAFF TO AN OUTSIDE TABLE!! I waitressed for years, its not hard to add 1 outside table. Clear as day, she just didn't want to. Then she shooed us away. Absolutely horrible service. I recommend that no one go there.

We stopped here after going to the Ice Castles. The food was fantastic, and the beer selection was really good. Our server was friendly and helpful. It was nice that he actually interacted and had conversation with us. Food portions were impressive. I would recommend eating here!

Food and atmosphere were phenomenal. Stopped in while visiting the ice castles and would definitely go back when visiting New Hampshire. We ordered the loaded tater tots, mac and cheese, chicken salad melt sandwich, and banana sundae. Would definitely recommend this place. Paul G was our waiter and he was awesome!!

Bar staff service was excellent, food. BEYOND excellent. When we come back to NH next time we plan on staying in the hotel due to our good experience with staff.Food portions far exceed expectations with a unique menu. My girlfriend and I decided to wrap our food in favor of the banana desert (I forget the name. But essentially a fancy banana split). I can not recall the last time I ate til I was uncomfortable because something was so good it would be a shame to let it go to waste and th serving size was so big. Also a huge shout-out to our waiter Paul G. Who is probably one of the best waiters we have ever had. Gave recommendations when we werent sure on drinks and food. Checked in with us far more than is expected when eating out. And when drinks were backed up with the bar he came back multiple times to update us on an eta for them. This was a 10/10 experience all around. And I am jealous of everyone who lives in the area and has this gem to go to on a regular basis.Nearby activities: NH Ice CastlesSafety: The parking (at least where we parked) was all on the side road without having to walk on the main strip.Noteworthy details: Great wait staff, great food and a great time!
