I love this complex. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet but our access to the best of the NYC metro area is excellent. This is truly a hidden gem at an extremely fair price. I'm so grateful to live here.”

“We lived in The forge at Glasswork for 18 months.YES! The forge at glasswork and The Willows at Glasswork (affordable housing) are in the same community. We had never experienced any issues with our neighbors.The maintenance staff were always there when we needed them.The office staff was always helpful with answer all of our questions and concerns via email.Before returning the apartment my husband and I did a deep cleaning to the apartment so we can have our security deposit returned in full.Overall I enjoyed living in Cliffwood. It’s a beautiful area. I also enjoyed Aberdeen and Matawan.I highly recommend living at the Forge as your start home.”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”

“I've been here for my whole life and its pretty nice and the house is good but the shelf in the shower they put in there fell off and today the tub and sink filled with muck like sand thats dirty and smelly interpret that any way u want”

“Not a bad place to live at all! Cheap for the area.Apartments are comfortable, maintenance is nice and efficient. Majority of the time there is no noise or disturbance. RARELY a neighbor will have a party or put a music on, but I like to see people enjoying their homes when that happens.Like other people said here, you will find all types of people here. It's a huge complex, almost like a city. There is polite people and there is impolite people. I have lived here for 6 years. Never had any problems, never seem any danger or violence like some described. Complex is full of kids and families. Apartments are simple, but super clean. Spiders and bugs can be found anywhere, in any apartment that is not well kept, that is on the tenants, not on the condo. If you leave dirty dishes and don't clean you will probably get bugs and per the lease that is a violation, it is your responsibility to keep the apartment free of bugs. If you are clean, your apartment will be clean. In 6 years I have never seem any bugs in my apartment. When we open the windows, SOMETIMES, little spider comes in because we live close to trees. That's all!”
