My father and I tried to take out a bank check (large amount of money) staff did not want to go through with it due to a discrepancy between my dad’s account and ID (understandable). I then tried to work with them to have them use my account (no discrepancies found) but Stan, manager did not want to help us anymore. He was not welcoming and made my father and I feel judged and honestly really hurt. I wonder if this has to do with how we look like… shame on this branch.

Ridiculously bad customer service, (particularly Dee,she picked the phone and interacted with me in person= disgrace)very rude ,unfriendly, unwilling to help.We are being loyal customers for 20 years and I think I will go somewhere else due to my recent experience.

Both ATM’s out of service all weekend. Inside and outside. Had to drive 3 towns over to another branch to deposit a check early in the morning. This bank has 4 unused open lanes where drive up teller service used to be. Maybe you should put in a 3rd or even a 4th ATM since you closed the other local branch and this one clearly cant keep up with customer demand.

Banks get a bad rap these days. Much of it has to do with how they are run by Corporate. This location actually has staff who CARE about the customer.

Anybody ever tried to "get in touch with someone" or get anything "accomplished" by phone with this:("were trying our best to mirror TD bank" ) entity?? (Insert roflyao emoji here) good luck, let alone the rudeness at the old bridge NJ branch. Going in there (AGAIN) today, (well, i wouldn't have to if..see above) to straighten something out , you know, because no one has anything better to do in 2023 but to take bank of America by the hand to "help" them at their job.

Everyone here is aloof, trying to keep there heads down and avoid interaction at all costs. Every time I am here it is a different protocol or policy. Seems like they are winging it.

I am not a Bank of America customer. My mother is and she wrote a check for my daughters birthday. Not much only $25. I was at the branch with my daughter and they rejected her photo ID from school stating she needed a drivers license or passport. The cashier was smirking as he rejected the check. I understand policy but the check was from Susan Allen, written to Nola Allen with my drivers license that said Jacob Allen which had to be some clearly nefarious activity. The customer service was just rude. No suggestion on fixing the problem. Bravo BOA.
