We have purchased multiple rugs from this establishment. The selection is vast, the quality is top notched, and excellent customer service. We must have tried multiple rugs for our family room and our request was always accommodated. For our formal sitting room, we ended up custom designing the rug as we wanted the green hue. The owners send a rendering for approval prior to placing the order. Also there was issue with our dining room rug that owner spotted while delivering the rug. He immediately ordered the replacement and delivered to us.Highly recommend this business for your personal and commercial space rug needs. We look forward to continuing our business with them.

Knowledgeable sales expert quality of product ease of delivery makes this business worth traveling for. Product was was better than expected and delivered within a week. I found it difficult to purchase a rug online without knowing the quality of the product I returned rugs I bought online. Because the color quality or even the size was off. At the Rug mall. I was able to see the quality of the product and ask questions of the very inform staff who helped me choose rug. That was perfect for my home. Highly recommend

We came into the store today because we need to buy a rug for our home. Unfortunately we had to bring our young children with us, the team at the store with accommodating professional and very patient, they rolled out multiple rugs for us to answer every single question we had painstakingly.The real benefit of this location, is that they offered us a service where they would drive the rugs to our house and move our furniture and set up the rugs for us and let us see the actual rugs we were considering in our home free of charge at no extra cost. We took them up on this offer and do not regret it. The experience we had was great and we will definitely go back the next time we need a rug.

I went to The Rug Mall looking for area rugs for my entrance, dining room and mud room. Anuj is very knowledgeable and showed me many options to gain an understanding of what I was looking for. He then looked through his inventory and sent me pictures of options. He brought all the options to my home and let my husband and I see them in the rooms, allowing us to make a choice. Anuj and his staff are very helpful and provide a very easy and top rate customer experience. We are very happy with the beautiful rugs!

Rug Mall gave a second opinion on another quote I had and opened my eyes to the lesser quality I was originally quoted. Instead, Rug Mall showed me the better quality carpet for s better price and professional installation. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, and fair. Will do business again

We stumbled upon this rug store on the way to the NJ south shore. And glad we did. Ended up buying 2 rugs at a great price and both of them look amazing. Also, white glove delivery was complementary. Very happy with the purchase and entire experience.

If you are looking for area rugs, carpet, etc. definitely go to The Rug Mall in Aberdeen. The owner and staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had an area rug custom made and it came out absolutely perfect. Their selection was amazing and their price was very reasonable. I will be going back there for sure!

Family owned, super friendly and experienced business. We had all of our stairs carpeted along with a foyer rug created. So many options to choose from but they made the selection process easy. The installation crew was friendly and professional. The job came out better then I had hoped for. Super happy!
