Dr. Kent was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient and very caring. He was transparent and provided guidance for the next steps for our West Terrier.

When I took my dog to Absecon Veterinary Hospital I was extremely anxious and scared. The staff was wonderful and made me feel so much more calm and didn't treat me like I was an overprotective mama. They were extremely good with my sick pup and I am very glad I brought him there

Took my dog here when he had an emergency, the staff acted so quickly and were so friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I ended up switching my dogs primary vet to here because we had such a great experience. The vet techs and the doctor couldn’t have been better, will be recommending to everyone in the area!

What a tacky facility. Recently just moved to town looking for a new vet. Attempted to make an appointment for shots and they asked for a $75 deposit to make the appointment. For a doctors office. Eww. I’ll go somewhere else.

Rachel & dr Scotland were very helpful with our shepherd who gets anxious at the vet. They took the time to allow him to sniff them out and get comfortable. They also allowed us to assist so they could administer his vaccine. Other vets have automatically deemed our dog aggressive because of his size and breed, but they worked with us and moose to properly care for him. We are very appreciative Rachel & Dr Scotland. This was Rachel’s second time with Moore and she helped make this a quick and painless experience for us

Vistied here for the first time last Friday evening. The staff was friendly and my dog was well cared for in a tinely manner. My isue is that I was quoted a range of $650-1000 before they started depending on how things went. When the procedure was complete the same person who quoted me the range didnt say anything about how things went. When I went to pay the bill it was almost a $1000. If your are going to quote a range you should explain why it ended up being at the top of the range to the customer BEFORE they just get handed the bill. I let two people know I wasn't pleased with this and they basically thanked me for the feedback. I also would have liked to have seen the actual Vet after the procedure instead of the money person who quoted me the range.

They helped me greatly in the painful process of letting my poor fur baby boy go and let me be with him as long as I needed. The price was MUCH better than what my veterinary clinic had told me it would be through them. They do care here.

Full transparency review as someone that runs a non profit organization which often comes with medical issues , reactivity, exotics like ducks etc. we’ve been coming here for years. We love coming to absecon vet for the wide range of in house diagnostics- they don’t try to tell you to go elsewhere for something . Dr. Lambert is their best vet, by far. The vet techs/assistance are very caring. Everyone I’ve come in contact with listens to you and hears you out .We feel comfortable coming here with our reactive dogs because they’re fear free certified.-Fawns fortress animal sanctuary

My dog has been a patient of this practice for over 10 years. We have seen many professionals here for his various needs. I have seen veterinary care change significantly over time. Rising costs, especially post Covid, have changed the landscape for all types of care, human care included. Absecon Vet specifically has gotten much more expensive. They want to add on more tests than before. They upsell once you are there a LOT more than they used to. This is the reality of the current day but I will admit it does sting a bit. I bet every other Vet office is the same.I needed a prescription refill for an long standing issue with my dog's ears. I spoke to Becca on the phone, and while I was not happy about the requirement of an office visit (who wants to pay more?), Becca took the time to explain to me WHY this is sometimes a necessity. While it's true that she was just doing her job, her patience, and kindness, reached a level that I feel warrants recognition.

Had to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. Once we were seen by the doctor, we were finished relatively quickly and our dog received the TLC that she needed.

The competence, commitment and kindness of all who are part of Absecon Veterinary Hospital are the reasons that I continue to bring my dogs to AVH for medical care and have for well over 20 years. All of the front hospital staff are great! But the main reason I drive to AVH from Philly is the respect I have for Dr. Vittorelli. She has provided all of my dogs' health care over many, many years. It is not easy for me to trust anyone with my fur babies but Dr. Vittorelli has my complete confidence!
