The person who processed my car mumbled when telling me the service choices, so I ended up paying for synthetic instead of regular oil.
It cost twice as much.
I will definitely not be going back

rob is a sexy smart man, who will not rest until you have your parts, the drivers are all slow except for that one kid with the fuzzy head.
maybe if they didn't send the applications to the geriatric ward when in need of employees, it'd be faster but I just drive there because I got nothin better to do. great store

don't go in during the evenings because the crackheads from AC come out and they washed my windshield without consent and demanded money (they made it worse because they left water lines)

Deceived; brought a motorcycle battery in to be tested , I was told it was bad. So I bought a new one and had it charged up. When I went to pick up the new one, I asked for it to be tested they said motorcycle batteries can't be tested.

Tom was amazing!!! I needed a new battery and unfortunately this location was unable to accommodate my needs but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by calling other locations and giving my dead car a jump!!! Thanks Tom. I appreciate it.

Went this afternoon & for the second time in a few months I had a terrible experience. I purchased a lightbulb for my stop light. Older man tells to open my trunk that another guy was going to put it in. I waited w my trunk opened for about 5 minutes went back inside to get attitude from t young girl. Returned tbulb & quietly left. Worst Auto Zone in t Country
