To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a disturbing incident that occurred yesterday at your Absecon, NJ branch. My mother and I visited the drive-thru ATM, and the receipt did not reflect the correct withdrawal amount. When we went inside to investigate, the teller, a middle-aged Hispanic woman possibly named Angelica, Aurelia, or Angela, was extremely rude and condescending. She questioned my mother's account balance, implying that she didn't have sufficient funds, and refused to return the receipt she had taken. Her behavior was discriminatory and unacceptable, especially considering my mother's age and health conditions. As a banking industry professional, I expect a higher level of service and respect. I request that you address this incident, retrain the teller, and provide an apology to my mother. Failure to do so may result in our family taking our business elsewhere. We have multiple accounts and significant deposits with your bank, and expect to be treated with dignity and respect.

Would never go to this bank or use it again, manager of Absecon branch by the name of Elizabeth didn’t follow protocol and turned my check away- went to Vineland location they informed me the manager didn’t follow policy and cashing checks has nothing to do with them personally but a machine they slide them through which tells them, I had to drive 45 mins out of the way because of this woman’s negligence and laziness. Corporate will be my next call!!

I stopped quickly after work at this branch today with a bunch of questions and a deposit. Syerr Rios was so patient and helpful!!!! She answered all of my questions and showed me how to do something on the app. She treated me like I was a friend!! This branch is lucky to have you as an employee and I will be looking for you when I come into the bank again! Thank you Syerr!!!!

This local branch is newly remodeled and the staff is welcoming and efficient. I had a nerve racking issue with an important transfer from another bank and I was thinking that I would have to postpone my real estate closing. Robin the teller was very helpful and put me in touch with Elizabeth Thomas, the VP. Ms. Thomas assured me that I would not have to postpone my closing and she made sure that the deposit arrived in time. The level of service was above and beyond my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this bank.

This branch is clean and welcoming. An associate will always greet you and ask how they can assist you. The tellers are so friendly and helpful. All transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently .

I usually dont write bad reviews. But the staff here is completely insufferable in my opinion. But i came in to get paperwork notarized. Keep in mind, i have never done this before nor do I know where to go, what to do, or what to even ask for. I go to the bank tellers and ask to get something notarized. Very rudely, i was told that I have to fill our my paperwork and SIGN ON THE LINE THAT SAID SIGNATURE. Then i was greeted by a man. I am not sure of his name. He took me back to his office. Then got extremely frustrated with me because i signed on the line just like the bank teller told me to. Then he asked me "you've never had a notary before??" Then kept shaking his head. Just made me feel stupid to be completely honest. I've worked in customer service for years and this is some of the worst customer service skills i've seen. I purposely closed out my account with Bank of America because of the service i get from their employees. I've been here multiple times even for other reasons and i get the same treatment from all employees. Just do better.

This bank absolutely sucks. “We are temporarily closed. We apologize for the inconvenience”. EACH DAY. I went on Friday… closed. I went on Monday… closed. Same thing. Now I get to choose to walk around with tons of cash or leave it in my car. Can’t use the machine because it took my money and stopped the entire machine all together.. had to be on the phone for over an hour and wait for my money till the next day. Safe to say I’ll be changing banks because it’s the most unreliable bank I’ve heard of. Tellers are nice.. Ya got that going for ya Absecon!
