Prices are fair for quality service and I am always treated like I’m the only client. Beth, Joel and Amy know who I am and it is the personal attention I appreciate. Ditmire is like family to me. I have been taking my car to them for close to 20 years and have always found them friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I recently went to Ditmire to troubleshoot and Joel and Mike gave me an honest assessment of the situation which was much appreciated.

If you own a Sprinter, this is THE PLACE.
You can also go into the shop and speak with the mechanic. I have had quite a bit of work done here, replacing brake lines, fuel pump, recently the overflow I rings from the injectors failed. I was in and out in three hours, under $300, parts were in stock!

Previously Ditmire said our rear brake pads were 10%. This time Ditmire told us the pads were fine but we needed tires. Getting conflicting information reduces trust. Also the evaluation charges are high and I’m not sure why. Is it using the computer on a maintenance port? If it is that should be less. Post evaluation charges should be complimentary.
