This is the closest Dollar General to me and I never have any issues. It’s one of the cleaner Dollar General’s around, the staff is always pleasant.

June 9th, 2023So we pulled up to this dollar store around 7 something to get a couple of things and they were closing the store.The worker had a horrible attitude and was absolutely rude. We ask her I thought you guys close at 10, she replied “well there’s only two of us and we have truck so we’re closing.I don’t care if you’re short handed, if truck doesn’t get done it doesn’t get done. It is what it is.Dollar General you loss customers.

What a disgusting display of customer service ..I mean your running a disgrace here..can't use a basket to shop for your groceries can't use a basket to take your ideas to your car! The most utter lack of concern for your customers will never ever return

I am a client with the Arc of Atlantic County, I went to this Dollar General Saturday 2/18/2023 the cashier was kind and helped me save money. I am happy to shop here and thank you for the diet soda and support. I purchased coloring books, note books, pencils and diet sodas. Not all Dollar General's are alike. THIS one takes the crown!!!! After a 16 hour shift and some parking lot glamping between shifts I walked into an oasis of organization that humbled my own retail stock associate tendencies to be a bit stuck up after a good power shift of facing products exactly as shown in a plan-o-gram. Anyone out there looking for military grade product placement employee? My hats off to Ya!!!!

3/18/23 6:30 while I was shopping for essentials I asked a employee to if i can have the key to use the bathroom. She stated to me with a attitude that there is no key. I said to her if im unable to use the bathroom then im not purchasing anything in this store. She said that she didnt care. I proceeded to ask her name , being that she didnt have a name tag on. She said her name was Rachel. Her associate also had a attitude because I asked what her coworkers name was. This is not considered good customer service towards people purchasing retail from this vendor. I hope management addresses this issue with their employees.
