The staff was excellent, the facility was clean with a nice waiting area, and the price was right. I had a flat while visiting AC on a Sunday. I contacted Firestone and came right in. All 3 of the people working were friendly and professional.

I went Friday after work around 4:45pm because I need it a battery and the guy on the front desk turn me away he told me to go to advance auto because he couldn’t take me and I had it an emergency with my battery and I am a Firestone card member. Terrible customer service I went and spend my money in pep boys they took care me the same day with no problem

As I was driving, I noticed my car was a little shaky so I came across this business and pulled in and spoke to a nice man named Jack. Although he was busy with other customers, he took my car in right away and fixed my problem so I can get back home to New York. Super friendly, and more importantly I got home safe. Thank you Firestone and thank you Jack! Glad I ran into you.

Had to get a tire replaced, then I was shone the condition of my two back tires. Not good, so I got them replaced four days later. They were very considerate of my time.
