Always clean, staff is helpful. Is a full sized Home Depot. Good selection of items for household repairs, maintenance, and remodeling. They have a nice selection of plants and flowers and outdoor furniture and decor based seasonally.

It's bullshit when you walk around a Home Depot in the United States of America, and are harassed by a foreigner with her face, fully covered up and nothing but her eye sticking out telling you that you're not scanning your items. When you're standing at the checkout counter, it's a little fucking ridiculous, it's bad enough that no one in there has any idea what they're talking about or where anything is at it's almost like shopping for construction items at Walmart. Step it up Home Depot we deserve better.

I am a home rebuilder that visits Home depot quite frequently My experience at this store yesterday was the worst at best I had some returns after the rehab was done I was greeted with . Do You have the receipts ? I said no because most the time 98% it is on the pro number The customer service person never asked , only for the CC that it would be on. I am ok with that then I was told some lumber was not on that she thought looked damage. These trims were not damaged . they are unfinished that need to be painted As the store manager stood there she said nothing . We needed some other productid that I advised the team not to buy at this store ever we went to egg harbor where they simply asked for the pro number that everything else was on she would not accept in Absecon You would think that the store manager at Absecon at least would have asked for the pro number As a contractor that owns many homes in the area I look for service This store is a total failure . While home depot itself is a great help for people ,like myself this is not the store to visit

Ordered a new refrigerator from this Home Depot. The woman working in the appliance section was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the week before the fridge was supposed get delivered, I got notified that it was on back order and would not be available for another month. The employee in the Home Depot said it appeared that the fridge was still in stock and should not have changed our original delivery date. We decided to cancel that order and go with a different fridge anyway. On delivery day, the fridge has damage to the back panel. I was offered a partial refund to compensate for the damage. Our 100 year old hardwood floors were also damaged during the delivery and that issue has not been resolved more than a month later.

Two stars because they had the product we needed. Otherwise they do not appreciate Veterans and would not honor a Military ID. The "customer service" department was disrespectful and refused to even look at the ID provided. The App does not always work. The Supervisor and cashier at the customer service desk laughed off the situation. Their behavior is why I write this review.

Ordered appliances because I was remodeling my kitchen so I got a stove dishwasher refrigerator washer and dryer all from Hone Depot and had them delivered. Waited a couple of weeks for the delivery They said they couldn't hook them up because they needed a plumber to fix a washing machine connection and a dishwasher connection and that they would schedule one of their plumbers to come out to do what needed to be done. The Home Depot plumber comes a week later looks at the washing machine connection and says I don't do that stuff but puts a new connection on the dishwasher. Another week goes by waiting for the appliances to be delivered again. Guys come up look at the dishwasher connection that their company installed and said we can't use that connection and then says we can't do anything. So had to get my own plumber to do the repairs. Now I'm waiting another week for the appliances to be delivered. In the meantime their customer service department calls and asks why I gave them a "1" rating . I said cause "0" wasn't an option. They just kept apologising and said they would talk to their team. No offer to rectify the situation immediately or offer any sort of compensation. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER use Home Depot again for appliances.

I had to return 3 items to Home Depot in Absecon today I didn't have a receipt so they wanted to give store credit i was fine with that but when she rang up the items she gave me full price for two items and a penny for the third with was a twenty dollar item. So be careful hold your receipts

I bought a Shark vacuum that was on sale. The store was extremely organized, stocked, and, clean Each employee that I walked past all asked if I needed any help. I finished my shopping and went to self check ou. The cashier in that area helped me as well. Overall, this location has excellent customer service!

We visited the Absecon New Jersey Home Depot on March 22, 2021. It has been very stressful lately due to Covid but a little customer service and a smile or even just common courtesy goes a long way. Just when I was ready to give up on Home Depot for lacking in those areas, I ran into an associate named Bernard. We had quite a few questions and he was already helping another customer so we waited. Bernard was so knowledgeable and extremely patient. His professionalism was a breath of fresh air. I don't typically write reviews but I just felt compelled to applaud Bernard and to personally thank him. Because of him my faith is restored in Home Depot's customer service.

Went to this location to buy a $300 kholer kitchen faucet. Needed help from the plumbing department and the guy there tried to give me gas fittings for a water supply. He then proceeded to tell me I needed a plumber, lol he needs to learn the difference between gas and water fittings. Needless to say I just left the faucet and bought it on Amazon instead. Avoid this location if possible. The customer service is the worst. Unknowlegable employees that try to make you feel stupid. Jokes on you. You lost my $300 in business.

We had to replace the dishwasher in our new house and honestly Lowe's was terrific. We now have to buy a refrigerator, Lowe's didn't have the size we need so we went to HD. They have the fridge we're going to buy. Three people in the appliance department, not one acknowledged my presence. My husband meet me there, 10 minutes of comparing refrigerators and nothing from the staff. One person finally made eye contact with my husband, probably because he's a man and they figured he had the money, but at that point I just said "forget it, let's just order it on line". I put down all my other items to purchase and walked out. You'd think that essential stores and their employees would appreciate the business and work which starts with customers. I will now go out of my way to support their competition.

This only got 3 star rating bc they two gentlemen at the painting department were very helpful. My boyfriend & I were shopping today he went to price check a bag of candy when I walked up he said " oh, your finished " I said no I'm still looking around he then put the candy down and said I'm just going to look around with you & get the candy later (MAYBE! ). We finish looking around the girl ANIYAH said why you ring something up then walked away. I said EXCUSE ME?! She repeated herself. My boyfriend said maybe bc I was checking the price possibly purchasing. I said why did you say that, she said bc when people usually do that they steal. I said Oh I get it but the candy is right there ( still next to the self check out register ) she said OH OKAY. I said that was weird for you to say she said why.. I replied bc if we stole why would we come back to the same location ( duhhh!) & the candy is still there CLEARLYY!!!! Moral of the story ask your manager to review the camera before approaching innocent people because you should've got slapped ANIYAH :)

Love this new Stamford location. Staff very helpful. Great store layout and good parking. You have to love what Home Depot has done for retraining our returning Veterans, over $50,000,000 in career retraining. Home Depot is worthy of our support.
