Purchased an air conditioner today and when opened, found it broken and defective. When tried to exchange/return Home Depot would not exchange/ accept/ give store credit or even listen. Deal with manufacturer yourself they told us.
1) Disgraceful customer service!!
2) Not everyone is trying to get one over on you. We just wanted an air conditioner. Would have happily spent the money to buy another one you stood by. Inferior quality.
3) Lowe’s is around the corner from now on
4) This is why folks order from Amazon!!
5)Sad that this is what we’ve come to.

My husband sent me in for wood. I had no idea what I was doing. Doug helped me get the right one because I had grabbed the wrong one. When I told him I needed it cut he walked me back and cut the pieces for me. He was very pleasant and so helpful. Give that man a raise. Excellent customer service. Absecon, NJ store.

I had wonderful service by Gail. I was using self check out with cash. She threw in a few Pennies so I would receive all dollars. I didn't even know you could do this. Thank you Gail in Absecon NJ.
