A huge thank you to the closing staff tonight (Thursday March 19). There was an older gentleman and a younger lady with dark hair and tattoos. They were beyond helpful in getting my baby’s test done at such late notice! If they’re not management already, they should get a promotion:)

Amidst the bad reviews I felt that I have to chime in. I’ve used the Galloway facility numerous times and never had a bad experience. Front staff is professional and phlebotomists are usually quite friendly. I rarely wait more than a couple minutes after check-in. I’m usually in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I have never had a problem giving blood. Today, the phlebotomist must have been in training. After 3 sticks, 2 arms, twisting and turning of the injected needle, she announced that she was unable to access my vein. A more experienced tech came over and took my blood easily and efficiently.
