It’s my first time to visit the store to repair the left-rear binding brake when I was on my trip to the Atlantic city from NY.
The store staff is enthusiastic whose name is Sam, has a strong sense of responsibility on my car, and let me knew what’s going when I called the store.
Mechanic’s skills are not only the customer cares about, but also the responsibility I could trusted.
It took two days to repaired my car. It’s good so far. I have to say it deserves ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

I had the unfortunate idea of going to Pepboys to get my car repaired, two new tires, alignment and balancing, and rear brakes for the beautiful amount of 1221 dollars, only for them to do a poor job. This happened four months ago, and I had to put on new brakes because the mechanics forgot to put the brake pads on one of the sides and damaged the disc, so bad work and my money thrown away Wy go back for warranty and be there again for six hours, which is how long it took them repair my car? Noel is exceptional! Got a flat when staying nearby for the weekend. Went to Goodyear right next door and the man at the front desk was extremely rude, even walked off mid sentence. Proceeded to Pep Boys in despair. Noel was so kind and helpful. He put my spare on and even helped me with my trunk issue free of charge. He wouldn't even accept my tip. Great professionalism and even better customer service. I appreciate him so much. Thank you.
